This policy explains how Bluebotica ("we") handles personal data collected through this website.
Who is responsible
Bluebotica is the data controller. You can contact us at any time at hello@bluebotica.com.
What we collect
Demo requests. When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, firm name, country, firm size, area of interest and any message you write.
Website analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views in aggregate. They do not use cookies and do not identify you.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it
- To answer your demo request and arrange the demo. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and your consent.
- To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend sends the emails generated by the demo form.
These providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EU, this happens under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. In Italy you can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. If you are in India, you have the rights given to data principals under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
