Four steps
- Discover. One short session to understand your practice areas, document types, languages and systems.
- Pilot. A demo on 20 to 30 of your own anonymized documents, so you judge real results before committing.
- Deploy. We install the assistant, connect your archive and load your templates, clause library and glossary. We train your lawyers in a hands-on session.
- Operate. We monitor, update and improve the assistant, add new templates and help with new use cases.

How long does setup take?
Most firms go from first call to daily use in four to eight weeks, depending on the size of the archive and the number of templates.
What hardware do we need?
For the office option we supply and configure a compact server sized for your firm. For the in-country option you need nothing on site.
How is it priced?
A fixed price for setup and a monthly care plan. Prices depend on firm size and deployment option, so we quote after the demo.
Does it connect to our document management system?
Usually yes. We read from shared folders and common document management systems, and agree the sources during the Discover step.
